I love reading all of your information, I currently do not have your book or DVD but read all of the material on your website. I have practiced once and had a great first run (knees were a little sore) but the entire run (6 miles) went very well. I am hoping to get back out there tomorrow and try again, I am anxious to learn so that my runs will produce more joy and less pain on the knees! Thanks to you all for your writings and blogs.
